Haha I’ve finally decided to update my blog. I'm kind of sure nobody reads it now anyway. A lot has happen since the last time I updated my blog.

Mostly recently, the Singapore youth festival. Our band won silver. Credible given the super high standard of the bands this year. Only 1 out of 10 bands got gold. That’s how high the standard actually is. Well thinking of all the practices that we've been thru, one cannot help but feel disappointed. Then again, it’s all part of life. Success is never achieved without failures. This failure is only 1 of the stepping stones to failure. Cheer up guys and train our juniors well. Sometimes it weird how one band celebrates upon getting silver whereas others start crying. It’s simply ironic.

Today was our combine sports meet. It’s amazing how much self belief can change you. Well I had to change from being the saddest person on the planet to the most motivated one today. The effective of the quote "if u believe u can, u can" seems to have work wonders for me. I was really impressed by the volume of our competition cheer. For once we nasians united as one as cheered as one. Guess what? We won the competition. Oh I’m so happy for the sc's who scream their hearts out. For me myself, it’s a consolation for the sad event that happened 24 hours ago. I’m a happy man today.
